#Voice Conversations

Talk to ambientChat naturally, in real time. The release brought smart silence detection (so it knows when you've finished a thought), audible cues telling you when it's listening, museum-tour narration, and the ability to switch models mid-conversation without losing the thread.

#Smarter photo memory

Scanned images now get AI-generated titles, descriptions and tags, so natural-language search actually finds them. "That photo of the blue jacket" started working.

#New AI models

GPT-5.5, GPT-5.5 mini, Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Haiku 4.5 and Gemini 3 Pro joined the model picker.

#Trash & Recovery

Deleted items and documents go to Trash and can be restored, instead of being lost permanently.

#Folder-aware scanning

Scan directly into Receipts, Meal Journal, or any custom folder — rather than scanning into a pile and filing afterwards.

#Upgrade flow improvements

A cleaner plan picker, new Premium and Max tiers, and a clear billing history.

#Accessibility upgrades

Every scanned photo now includes a natural-language description, so VoiceOver users get a real account of what's in the picture rather than "image".

#How to Use It

  • Voice — tap the microphone in chat and start talking.
  • Trash — find it in myAI Context; restore anything from there.
  • Folder-aware scanning — pick the destination folder before or during a scan.

#Known Limitations

  • Voice needs a network connection; it does not work offline.
  • Trash is a safety net, not an archive — items are eventually purged.
